These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of eggnest.com and the Eggnest prerelease waitlist. By using this website or submitting the waitlist form, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree, please do not use eggnest.com.

eggnest.com describes a product that is not yet publicly available. Features, pricing, availability, and timing shown on the site are subject to change before launch.

Screenshots and copy on the site are prerelease previews and may differ from the shipping product.

Joining the waitlist does not guarantee beta access, launch timing, or specific pricing.

You agree to provide a valid email address and to receive launch-related communications from Eggnest. You can ask to be removed at any time.

We may decline or remove waitlist entries that appear fraudulent, abusive, or submitted in violation of these Terms.

You may not attempt to disrupt eggnest.com, scrape or overload our APIs, submit false waitlist information, or use the site for unlawful purposes.

Automated access to the waitlist API beyond normal browser use is prohibited unless we give you written permission.

Eggnest’s name, logo, website design, and content are owned by Eggnest or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

These Terms do not grant you any license to our trademarks or software except ordinary browsing of the public website.

Eggnest is a personal finance tool, not a bank, broker, tax advisor, accountant, or law firm. Nothing on eggnest.com is financial, tax, investment, or legal advice.

You are responsible for your own financial decisions and for consulting qualified professionals when needed.

eggnest.com and the waitlist are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Eggnest will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of eggnest.com or the waitlist.

Our total liability for any claim relating to eggnest.com will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US $100).

We may update these Terms as the prerelease program evolves. Continued use of eggnest.com after the effective date of a revised version constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
