These disclosures apply to eggnest.com and to descriptions of the Eggnest product shown on this site before public launch. They supplement our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

Eggnest is personal finance software. We do not hold deposits, extend credit, move money, or provide banking services.

Any bank connections described for the future Eggnest app are provided through third-party aggregation services chosen by you. Eggnest is not responsible for a financial institution’s policies, outages, or data accuracy.

Budget categories, tags, reports, and exports are organizational tools. They do not constitute financial planning, tax preparation, investment advice, or legal guidance.

Consult qualified professionals before making financial, tax, or legal decisions.

Eggnest is in prerelease. Features, supported institutions, email providers, platforms, and pricing tiers shown on eggnest.com may change before launch.

Founding-member or waitlist pricing references are invitations, not binding offers, until a paid subscription or purchase flow is available under the applicable app-store or checkout terms.

When the Eggnest app launches, live bank sync and email receipt matching will require credentials or tokens you provide and will rely on third-party APIs and providers.

You are responsible for maintaining access to your accounts and for reviewing the privacy and security practices of any provider you connect.

Eggnest is designed to store financial data locally on your device; connection setup still involves network calls to retrieve data you request.

The Disclosure Pack described on eggnest.com helps organize transactions for New York Statement of Net Worth-style disclosures. It is not a substitute for an attorney, forensic accountant, or court filing service.

Court forms, deadlines, and jurisdictional rules vary. You are responsible for verifying that any export meets your matter’s requirements.

We describe Eggnest’s intended local-first and security posture on eggnest.com, but prerelease software and websites may contain defects.

No system is perfectly secure. You should use device protections such as full-disk encryption and keep backups appropriate to your situation.

eggnest.com uses Cloudflare for hosting and may use Cloudflare Turnstile for bot protection. Their services are subject to their own terms and policies.

Future app features may integrate additional third-party services for bank data, email access, or app distribution. Those relationships will be disclosed in app-store listings and updated product policies at launch.
